Another Guest Bath Remodel- The blue just had to go and an upgrade was definately needed. Before we commenced construction, our Realtor did a walk through and analysis of the local market. She provided factual input to the Owners to address what must be done to maximize the return on investment. It doesn't make sense to spend over a million dollars and find out the market thinks the rest of the house is dated?
New floor tile, cabinets, granite top, under mount sinks, arched top soffit over the mirror, light fixtures, hardware, new mirror, interior doors, dumped the medecine cabinet and oh, yes, new paint. Of course the prior electrician pulled the wiring the shortest distance so all the wires were running through the soffit. Not enough slack in the wiring so it had to be repulled. Oh, joy! Alls well that ends well.
