Pool, Spa & Enclosure- Lots happening here! Demo screen enclosure, deck pavers and parts of the pool & spa. New poured concrete deck with marble pavers over. Lots of fun getting the deck to drain properly with our heavy Orlando, rains! New enclosure, precast columns and pergola.
What you don't see! Builders have to over come unforseen challenges. The addition was designed with another precast column holding up the roof. Unfortunately, it was designed improperly and located in the deep end of the pool. We had to come up with a solution. A 30' long steel beam that weighed 100 lbs per LF. Used a crane positioned in the street to lift it over the house and set in place. Lots of drama! Lol.
