Part 10- How To Replace A Leaking 2nd Floor Balcony Deck & Make It Bullet Proof?
Above: Floor tiles installed and grouted. Notice 1/4" fall per foot on deck. The exposed anti fracture membrane at the vertical wall will be covered with a trim piece of flashing as it cannot be exposed to UV rays.
After the tile was laid but before it was grouted the tile was sealed with a 1st coat. This make cleaning up the grout easier, then applied a 2nd coat in order to seal the grout & tile.
