Deck replacement is now complete. Painting and gutter installation have yet to be accomplished by Owners. Entire exterior of home to be repainted and gutters installed in deck area. Gutter and downspout placement is vital with exterior balcony decks. Since deck leaks are a longterm issue, keeping as much water off the decks is important. Allowing a mass of water to race down roof valleys, driving moisture into the tile deck below just doesn't make sense.
