All Home Builders are not the same-

All custom Home Builders are not the same-

How a Builder manages his team of suppliers, subcontractors and specialists makes all the difference in the Quality of your home.

Top Builders constantly ask, how do I get my building team to perform at peak efficiency and produce the highest quality work?

All Custom Home Builders are basically using the same subcontractors, suppliers and specialists (Architects, Interior Designers etc.) to build their homes. It's the same pool of workers.

A Custom Builder relies on his team to make excellent decisions and quality workmanship.

Here's what makes the difference:

1.  Being Organized- builder experience, contracts, scopes of work, timely notification to start work. A documented building schedule. Reasonable expectations. Scheduling work in sequence with proper number of workers on a site. Job ready when trades show up and site tidy. Builder on-site supervision to answer questions and resolve issues quickly. Live web camera that Builder can access 24/7 to confirm material deliveries and trades are on site.

2. Payments- fast pay, a fair price for work performed.

3. Treating team members with dignity and respect.

At Regal Classic Homes we do all the above and more!

I want what my Customers want!

In fact, being the Professional I expect more from our building team than my Customers.

A Builder is like the conductor of an orchestra.

I want the Trades to be happy working on my projects, whistling while they work. Giving me their heart.

Beyond the tough exterior, workman are proud of what they do, sensitive to criticism and enjoy being appreciated.

I meet every workman on the job, ask their name and shake their hand. Remember and use their name when I speak with them. Many of the trades I've used for years.

Give the team a $10 Publix gift certificate and thank them for their excellent work, basically I buy them lunch.

Look for something they did that I can compliment and recognize their good work or exceptional effort.

Text their boss and tell them what a great employee they have.

Believe me, these extra steps make all the difference in the type of home you get as Our Customer.
