Staying Focused on Our Clients Main Issues

In one of the first meeting with a new Client I ask a very important question, if we were sitting down 1 year after we completed your home, what would I have to do in the past to meet or exceed your expectations? 

At Regal Classic Homes, we think it's important to do what's possible for a successful build. Meeting or exceeding Client expectations is one of our goals. That's not possible unless we understand what's most important to our Clients. We ask this question and listen carefully. 

What we hear becomes part of our notes and reviewed during the course of our relationship. Periodically, we ask our Clients if we are meeting or exceed their expectations and adjust our actions. 

Customer satisfaction is important to us.
